We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a client located in Hainaut.
 

Responsibility

  • As a service delivery manager, you are the point of contact in the event of major incidents/changes that affect the business of the department concerned.
  • This includes around several sites around the world.
  • You are responsible for operations, incident management, etc.
  • You are responsible for DRP/BCP.
  • You represent the sites within the internal organization and help clarify new needs.
  • You also become project manager for Standard projects (non-complex situations) that can easily be framed by suppliers.


Skills

  • Good communicator
  • Organized
  • ITIL V3/ITIL V4
  • Fluent in French
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience as Project Manager
  • Flexible (some travels expected)
