We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for a customer in Brussels.
The Project Manager will be accountable for executing high priority customer initiatives in collaboration with the relevant departments and teams.
He will report to the head of the PMO team and work as part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul, Hong Kong and Dublin.

We are looking for a stress-resistant organizer and problem-solver, able to work autonomously and see the “bigger picture”. A person with the desire to work in the ever changing telecommunications space.
You drive and coordinate internal and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
You are accountable for the execution of technical projects and safeguard a delivery which is on-time, within scope, within budget and within required quality standards for launch;
You take ownership and challenge stakeholders when needed;
You develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility;
You develop a project plan and plan for the releases;
You ensure resource availability and allocation;
You measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
You perform risk management and propose mitigation plans;
You report and escalate to management as needed;
You handle multiple projects in parallel;
You support the organization in terms of improving its process standards, reporting mechanisms and tooling.
A Master Degree, preferably in the fields of economics, computer science or engineering;
2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT domain (software development);
Organisational skills and be proactive;
A passion about technology and be customer minded;
Good communication skills and be able to motivate people;
A strong sense of responsibility and be able to work autonomously;
A team player attitude and be able to interact with a variety of teams spread across multiple countries and locations;
Resistance to stress and be able to deal with uncertainty;
Fluency (spoken and written) in English.
